FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book a session?

Booking a session with me is simple - click the contact button at the top of the page and fill out the form. You can also email me at friedrichrobyn@gmail.com.

How far in advance should I book my session?

I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. Summer and fall sessions book up very quickly.

When will we receive our images?

Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email with a link to your gallery where you can download your chosen images, upgrade your gallery, print images and share with others.

What happens if we have inclement weather?

We live in WI, weather can be 70 degrees and beautiful one day and drop to 40 degrees within 12 hours. Be prepared to be flexible with wardrobe, in case you have to switch it up last minute. Should inclement weather arise, I will watch the weather and make the best decision possible based off of current weather conditions, safety of everyone, and lighting conditions. I wait until the morning of our session to make the call because our weather can change very quickly. Reschedules are done within the same week if possible.

What should I wear for my photography session?

When you book a session with me, I will send you tips on what to wear for each session type.

What locations do you shoot at?

Sessions are either in my studio or at an outdoor location. I have a list of outdoor locations that I have scoped out for the best areas and lighting (available upon request).

What time of day will my session be?

Studio sessions are between 10:00-2:00, outdoor sessions are in the evenings before sunset.

Do you travel outside of Racine?

Yes, there is an additional travel fee for any travel outside of Racine. Contact me for more information.

Can we bring our furry friends to our photo session?

Please do! I love animals, as long as they don’t bite me ;) Please check with me first to make sure our location is pet friendly. I recommend bringing a friend to help out and keep your furry friend company when we are done with them.
